How long does it take to complete the package?The Brand Glow-Up starts with a face-to-face call with the OrangeLamb team so we really get to know you and your brand. After this we will collate all of your brand assets (style guide, logos, colours, plus any graphics, icons or backgrounds you use for example). Once we have all of this, we typically take 2 weeks to deliver all the goodies.

Where will you design the templates?We use Canva to design all of your marketing templates. If you don’t have an account you can set-up a free account at www.canva.com, or to access more design elements (which we often recommend) you can upgrade to a pro account. As part of the Brand Glow-Up Project we will create your very own Canva Brand Kit. For this all you need to do is temporarily add us to your team! Don’t panic, we we will go through this with you.

Can I customise the templates?Of course! Our templates are designed to be super versatile and easy to tweak to your heart’s content.

What if I don't have any branding - logo, colours etc?The Glow-Up Package is designed to elevate your existing branding by creating a marketing mixed with ready to use and editable templates. In order to get started we would require access to your current logos, colours, fonts and follow a brand guide (if you have one). If you do not have a visual brand identity, then we would be happy to talk to you about our other services and how we can support bring your brand to life.
